A. Supporters / Fans
- Account Information: Email address, username, full name, securely hashed password.
- Date of Birth: Collected during signup to verify general eligibility (minimum age of 13).
- Engagement Data: Creators followed, subscription activity, interactions with creator content, comments, and live stream chat messages.
- Direct Messaging Data: Messages, files, and timestamps exchanged with creators, read/delivery receipt indicators, and participant IDs.
- Coin Wallet Transactions: Transaction amounts, payment methods via Stripe, purchased coin packages ledger, and tipping activity.
B. Creators
- Profile Information: Stage name, display name, handle, biography, profile avatar, and background banner images.
- Age-Based Onboarding & Consent:
- For adult creators (18+): Government identification documents for identity verification.
- For minor creators (13–17): Legal representative details and signed Parental/Guardian Consent Documents.
- Earnings & Payout Data: Connect Stripe ID, virtual coin balances, withdrawal amounts, platform fee logs, and billing details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following operational purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and support our Services.
- To process virtual coin balances, tip allocations, and payout withdrawals via Stripe Connect (subject to platform fees).
- To perform manual content moderation on reported posts and comments.
- To review user appeals for content restorations.
- To send notification alerts about content actions, transactions, or account verification reviews.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent user personal identification information to third parties. We share information only in the following scenarios:
- With Creators: Engagement metrics, active coin subscriptions, and message history with their profile.
- With Stripe: Payment data and payouts processing. Stripe handles identity verification uploads securely.

Our platform strictly enforces a minimum age gate of 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.
