Creator Monetization & Payment Policy

This Creator Monetization and Payments policy explains how creators earn revenue, receive payments, and comply with applicable requirements when using Creteva’s platform and Services. By participating in any monetization program offered by Creteva, Creators agree to this policy and any related agreements.

1. Eligibility For Monetization

To be eligible for monetization, creators must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent where permitted by law.
  • Comply with all platform policies, acceptable use guidelines, and applicable law.
  • Maintain an active account in good standing.
  • Provide accurate payment and tax information to Stripe and Creteva.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate monetization eligibility at our sole discretion.

2. Monetization Programs

Creteva support monetization features including, but not limited to:

  • Subscription Revenue
  • Direct Messaging Revenue
  • Tips and Live Stream Donations
  • Premium media formats (Videos, Audio, Photos)
  • Merchandise sales
  • Articles, Courses, and other digital content

3. Revenue Sharing

  • Creators receive ninety-five percent (95%) of eligible net revenue generated from their monetized content.
  • "Net Revenue" means gross revenue received by Creteva after deductions for taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processor fees.
  • Creators are responsible for paying payment processing fees.

4. Payout Schedule

Creator payouts are processed weekly. Creators can request withdrawals at any moment; however, to ensure no chargebacks or fraud have occurred, funds may be subject to a 7-10 business day holding period.

Payment delays can occur due to:

  • Banking system processing delays or country restrictions.
  • Tax verification and compliance/fraud reviews.
  • Payment processor delays.

Creators must register with Stripe and complete the verification process before receiving payouts. Register or manage your account at: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

Creteva may take operations actions including:

  • Deducting refunds from future earnings.
  • Reversing payments resulting from fraudulent transactions.
  • Recovering chargebacks and associated fees from the creator balance.
  • Offsetting negative balances against future payouts.

6. Fraud and Artificial Activity

Creators may not:

  • Purchase fake followers, views, likes, or subscribers.
  • Use bots or automated engagement systems.
  • Manipulate platform metrics or participate in engagement exchange schemes.

Creteva may investigate suspicious activity and suspend monetization or withhold payments where fraud is suspected.

7. Taxes

  • Creators are solely responsible for filing and reporting their taxes according to their jurisdiction. This includes VAT, GST, or similar taxes.
  • Creteva may collect tax forms and issue tax reporting documents where required by law.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate monetization privileges as stated in the Terms and Conditions if a creator violates platform policies, engages in fraudulent activity, misrepresents identity or tax info, or publishes prohibited content. Upon termination, pending earnings may be forfeited where permitted by law.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Continued participation in monetization programs constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
