Physical Goods & Product Content Policy

1. Overview

Creators on the Platform may share, promote, or sell physical goods as part of their content or services, provided that such activity complies with this policy and all applicable laws. Physical goods include any tangible items shipped or delivered to users, including merchandise, handmade products, and branded items. The Platform does not act as the seller or manufacturer of any physical goods unless explicitly stated.

2. Allowed Physical Goods

The following types of physical goods are generally allowed:

• Creator merchandise (e.g., clothing, posters, stickers, accessories)
• Handmade or artisanal products
• Art prints and collectibles
• Books and published materials
• General consumer goods that comply with applicable laws and safety standards

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell or distribute any goods they offer.

3. Restricted or Prohibited Physical Goods

The following items are not allowed to be promoted, sold, or distributed on the Platform:

• Illegal or regulated drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or weapon parts
• Explosives or hazardous materials
• Counterfeit or replica branded goods
• Stolen or illegally obtained items
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
• Unsafe or recalled consumer products
• Items intended to facilitate illegal activity
• Sex toys or gadgets
• Dirtied clothing items (e.g. used underwear, etc.)
• Items that promote or support violence, abuse, discrimination or neglect
• Pay to enter giveaways, raffles, and lotteries
• No mystery items at all
• Giveaways or raffle/lottery entries
• Surgical Instruments
• Items promoting medical misinformation
• Any goods prohibited by applicable law or regulation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that attempt to promote or sell prohibited items.

4. Advertising and Promotion Rules

Creators must ensure that any promotion of physical goods is:

• Truthful and not misleading.
• Clearly describes what is being sold.
• Not deceptive regarding pricing, availability, or functionality.

If a creator is being paid, sponsored, or compensated to promote a product, they must clearly disclose this relationship in the content.

5. Product Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Manufacturing, shipping, and delivery of goods.
• Product quality, safety, and compliance.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Refunds and returns (unless otherwise required by law or payment provider policies).

The Platform does not guarantee or inspect physical goods listed or promoted by creators.

6. Safety and Legal Compliance

Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when selling or promoting physical goods, including:

• Consumer protection laws and product safety regulations.
• Tax and business licensing requirements.
• Intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that may pose safety risks or legal violations.

7. Enforcement

We may take action against violations of this policy, including:

• Removing content or limiting content visibility.
• Suspending or terminating accounts.
• Restricting access to monetization features.

We may also cooperate with legal authorities where required.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
