Acceptable Use Policy

Creteva ("We," "Our" and "Us") is provided for the creation, publication, discovery, distribution, and monetization of original content. Users are responsible for all the content they create, upload, share, or otherwise make available through Creteva. We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Acceptable Use Policy and to remove content, restrict functionality, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
For safety, legal compliance, and community protection, we may take action against content or conduct that it reasonably believes violates the spirit or intent of this Acceptable Use Policy, even if not expressly listed below.
1. Illegal Activities
- Violates any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
- Promotes, facilitates, or instructs others to engage in illegal activities.
- Involves fraud, deception, scams, money laundering, and other unlawful conduct.
- Promotes, facilitates, or participates in gambling activities, including betting, lotteries, raffles, casinos, casino games, fantasy sports wagering, bingo, poker, or sweepstakes.
2. Sexual Content and Nudity
- Contains pornography or sexually explicit material.
- Depicts or promotes sexual acts, whether real, simulated, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated.
- Contains nudity, including exposed genitals, female nipples, or other explicit intimate body parts, except where expressly authorized by Creteva.
- Is intended primarily for sexual arousal or gratification.
- Promotes escort services, prostitution, or commercial sexual services.
- Depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual sexual conduct.
- Contains any sexualized depiction of minors or content that may reasonably be interpreted as involving minors.
3. Child Safety
- Exploits, harms, endangers, or targets minors.
- Solicits personal information from minors in violation of applicable laws.
- Depicts or promotes child abuse, grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of minors.
4. Harassment and Abuse
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, stalks, or abuses others.
- Encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.
- Contains malicious or targeted attacks against individuals or groups.
5. Hate and Discrimination
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
- Encourages exclusion, degradation, or harm toward protected groups.
6. Violence and Dangerous Content
- Glorifies, promotes, or incites violence.
- Encourages criminal activity, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.
- Provides instructions for committing violent crimes or causing physical harm.
7. Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
- Distributes content without authorization from the rights holder.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
- Discloses personal, confidential, or sensitive information without authorization.
- Violates privacy rights or applicable data protection laws.
- Engages in doxxing or unauthorized collection of personal information.
9. Fraud and Deceptive Practices
- Impersonates another person, business, or organization.
- Misrepresents identity, credentials, affiliations, or endorsements.
- Engages in phishing, scams, deceptive marketing, or misleading conduct.
10. Security and Platform Integrity
- Introduces malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interferes with, disrupts, or compromises the security or operation of Creteva.
- Uses automated tools, bots, scraping technologies, or similar methods in violation of Creteva’s policies.
11. Spam and Manipulation
- Sends unsolicited messages, promotions, or repetitive content.
- Artificially inflates engagement metrics or manipulates platform features.
- Operates fake accounts or coordinated deceptive networks.
12. Financial Services and Investments
- Promotes fraudulent investment opportunities, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or get-rich-quick programs.
- Provides unlicensed financial services where licensing is required.
- Misrepresents investment risks, expected returns, or financial performance.
- Facilitates market manipulation or deceptive trading practices.
13. Drugs and Controlled Substances
- Promotes, sells, distributes, or facilitates access to illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Provides instructions for manufacturing illegal drugs.
- Encourages the misuse of prescription medications.
14. Weapons and Dangerous Goods
- Promotes, sells, or facilitates access to illegal weapons.
- Provides instructions for constructing or using weapons to cause harm.
- Facilitates the acquisition of explosives or other dangerous materials.
15. False and Misleading Information
- Disseminates materially deceptive information likely to cause significant harm.
- Misrepresents medical, legal, financial, or safety information in a manner that may endanger others.
16. Human Exploitation and Trafficking
- Promotes, facilitates, or profits from human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.
- Recruits or solicits individuals for exploitative activities.
17. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated content is subject to the same restrictions as other content.
- Creators remain responsible for content they create, publish, or distribute using AI tools.
- AI-generated content that infringes intellectual property rights, impersonates individuals, or violates this Policy is prohibited.
18. Allowed Educational Context
- Certain content that would be restricted may be permitted when presented for legitimate educational, scientific, medical, artistic, documentary, journalistic, or newsworthy purposes, as determined by Creteva in its sole discretion.
19. Graphic and Disturbing Content
- Depicts graphic gore, mutilation, torture, or severe bodily injury.
- Contains excessively violent, shocking, or disturbing imagery without a legitimate educational, documentary, scientific, or newsworthy purpose.
20. Regulated Goods and Services
- Promotes or facilitates the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Promotes counterfeit products or fraudulent services.
- Facilitates transactions involving prohibited or regulated goods in violation of applicable law.
21. Monetization Abuse
- Attempts to manipulate payouts, referral programs, creator rewards, or monetization systems.
- Uses fraudulent methods to generate revenue, engagement, subscriptions, or transactions.
22. Account Circumvention
- Creates new accounts to evade suspensions, bans, or other enforcement actions.
- Assists others in circumventing platform restrictions or enforcement measures.
23. Enforcement
- Violations of this Policy, or attempts to circumvent its enforcement, may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, termination, loss of monetization privileges, reporting to law enforcement, or any other action deemed appropriate by Creteva.
24. Reservation of Rights
- This Policy is not exhaustive. We may determine, in our sole discretion, whether content or conduct is harmful, inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose, integrity, or community standards of the platform, and may take enforcement action accordingly.
- We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of Creteva after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
